It looked like Lindsay Lohan was getting her life back on track after a 3-month rehab stint, but the young starlet suffered another major setback: She will be charged with felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a SoCal jewelry store, reports TMZ.
The site reports LiLo could be charged by the L.A. County District Attorney as early as Monday, and, if convicted, the charge could mean up to 3 years in a state prison. But, LiLo is prepared to fight the case, claiming she took the jewelry on loan.
LiLo was seen on surveillance video wearing the necklace, and she was also photographed wearing the jewelry, which was allegedly stolen on January 22.
Things could get really ugly in regards to her DUI case, too, since the actress is still on probation.
